Returns Policy
Latin Pop Shop values its clientèle. Whenever possible we will replace a damaged item with a new one (note that many of our products are hand made and one of a kind).  Refunds will be available for up to 30 days from the day you receive your order. You must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to request and arrange for a refund or exchange. We will provide you with a Refund/Exchange Request Form which must be completed and included inside the package being returned. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please return items in their original packaging whenever possible to ensure they return in the manner and condition in which they were shipped to you. Refunds will not be issued if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before being received by us.

If your return is in any way due to our error, we will happily refund shipping costs. If the return is not the result of an error by Latin Pop Shop, you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the order as well as costs associated with returning the item(s). We ask that your return be sent using a reliable and trackable carrier. We strongly recommended that you insure the package, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive at the returns center in their original condition.

Shipping
Please provide us with the correct shipping address when placing an order. Latin Pop Shop is not responsible for loss or non receipt due to incorrect or incomplete address or change of address. We will always pack items carefully and thoroughly.
